In the wake of George Floyd’s death, Deloitte collaborated with top business and thought leaders like Valerie Jarrett, former senior advisor to President Barack Obama, and Walmart CEO Doug McMillon, to create The Equity Imperative. Its goal? To make real progress toward racial equity in America.
In my role as copywriter on this project, I wrote the website copy, social, emails, video script, and served as a copy/content editor on the full report. I also helped in the UX/UI strategy of the website, which was quite the undertaking considering the length of the report. We found creative, dynamic ways to include vital information while still keeping the content digital-first.
